On 18-21 May SP Technical Research Institute of Sweden has performed the annual audit of management systems in the company. Auditors Per Lindberg and Johan Nilsson had carried out surveillance audit of Quality Management System as well as Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems re-certification audits. Although a small number of minor non-conformities and observations have been fixed, there was noted that company has a very well documented management system which is well adopted, efficient and promotes improvements in the areas of quality, environment and occupational health and safety.
The auditing team had recommended that the certificates according to EN-ISO 9001:2008, EN ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 remains valid and that the certificates according to EN ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 will be renewed, under the condition that the non-conformities will be rectified and approved.
Auditors established the company's maturity level, which reflects best the strongest and the weakest points of management systems, for the first time. 3F - means Focus for Future. The evaluation questionnaire, created by SP, contains 24 questions, i.e. in 3 questions, which are linked to the eight "Quality management principles" and inspired of the self-evaluation questionnaire in the standard EN ISO 10014. Employers' competence, control of processes as well as control of documents and records were assessed the highest 9 score under 10 score evaluation system. The lowest 6 score was assigned for preventive actions, noting that company is very good in corrective actions.
